Mechanical Engineer

Required Skills set:
HVAC design and engineering knowledge for high rise/ commercial/ industrial buildings
Fully conversant in designing using Trace / E-20 / HEVACOMP software
Knowledge of ASHRAE / CIBSE codes and practices a must.
Should have designed / Conversant with building plumbing design for residential and commercial buildings
Should be knowledgeable in UK & US plumbing codes and standards
Conversant with AutoCAD / ABS
Computer literacy
Good Verbal/Written Communication skills.
Functional Background: Mechanical Engineering (With Consultants / Contractors) – Design / Project Management
Qualification: Graduation in Engineering – (Mechanical Engineering)
Experience: 5 to 8 years relevant experience with Consultant / Contractor. Overseas experience preferred

Electrical Engineer

Required Skills set:
Lighting, Small Power, Low Current systems - Design and engineering knowledge for high rise/ commercial/ industrial buildings
Fully conversant in designing using Illumination software / HEVACOMP
Knowledge of IEE, NEC & CIBSE codes and practices a must.
Conversant with AutoCAD / ABS
Computer literacy
Good Verbal/Written Communication skills.
Functional Background: Electrical Engineering (With Consultants / Contractors)
– Design / Project Management
Qualification: Graduation in Engineering – (Electrical Engineering)
Experience: 5 to 8 years relevant experience with Consultant / Contractor. Overseas experience preferred

Structural Engineer

Required Skills set:
Conversant with detailing of RC and steel structures
Should be knowledgeable in UK & US structural design codes and standards
Conversant with AutoCAD / ABS/ STADDPRO / CADSRC
Computer literacy
Good Verbal/Written Communication skills.
Functional Background: Structural Engineering – Design / Site Management
Qualification: Graduation in Engineering – (Civil Engineering), PG in structural engineering preferred
Experience: 5 to 8 years relevant experience with Consultant / Contractor. Overseas experience preferred

AutoCAD Operators – (Mechanical, Electrical and Structural)

Conversant with detailing of RC and steel structures
Knowledgeable in British standards and US structural design codes and standards
High proficiency in AutoCAD / ABS/ CADSRC
Conversant with HVAC duct / Chilled water and hot water piping layout, plant room detailing, plumbing, fire fighting layouts
Conversant with Lighting/ Small power / Low current systems layout and detailing
Co- ordination drawing preparation skill is must for all trade CAD operators
High computer literacy and good verbal/written Communication skills.
Functional Background: CAD operator/Draughtsman
(Structural/Electrical/Mechanical)
Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Engineering – (Civil/Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering)
